AUTHENTIC KATSU SAUCE
A traditional Japanese curry sauce. Perfect to serve over crispy chicken coated in panko breadcrumbs or plant based alternative.
400ml coconut milk
32g Street Food Chef South Indian Style Seasoning
10ml maple syrup
1. Place the Street Food Chef South Indian Style Seasoning, coconut milk and maple syrup into a medium sized pan.
2. Bring the Katsu mixture to the boil, then simmer for five minutes.
3. Then mix in the cornflour & cook out for a further 5 minutes.
4. Your traditional Japanese sauce is ready. Use it to serve over crispy chicken coated in panko breadcrumbs or simply as a dipping sauce!
