Indredients

30 ml vegetable oil

2 sweet peppers, deseeded and chopped

1 red chilli

1 onion, peeled and chopped

10g Essential Cuisine American BBQ Style Seasoning

80ml beer

60ml cider vinegar

60ml water

1 shot tequilla

¼ bunch coriander

1 tsp honey

1 tsp salt

Cracked black pepper to taste

60g feta

Method

1. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the peppers, with the onion, garlic and the Essential Cuisine American BBQ Style Seasoning for 5-6 minutes until soft.

2. Leave to cool slightly, then blend with rest of the ingredients except the feta. Correct the seasoning. Refrigerate and serve cold.

3. When serving, sprinkle with the feta cheese.
