10 flat breads

1kg mince lamb

8 ripe tomatoes – deseeded and finely diced

2 onions – finely diced

4 red chillies – deseeded and finely chopped

60g Essential Cuisine Spicy Persian Style Seasoning

1 bunch of flat parsley – chopped

Method

1. Preheat an oven to 220c

2. In a large bowl add the mince, tomatoes, chilli, onion, Essential Cuisine Spicy Persian Style Seasoning and parsley. Mix well, then tip out onto a chopping board. Run a chefs knife over the mixture a few times to chop up even more.

3. Divide the mixture between the 10 flat breads & bake for 15 minutes until browned.

4. Serve with a green salad and tomato.
