Delicious Moroccan Chickpea Soup
1. Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over a medium heat. Add the onion & celery, cooking gently for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the Street Food Chef Chermoula Seasoning & cook for another minute.
2. Add the water, Essential Cuisine Vegetable Stock & passata. Bring to the boil, then turn down to a simmer for 8 minutes. Add the edamame beans, lemon juice & zest. Cook for a further 2 minutes.
3. Add the coriander, check the seasoning & serve with the flatbread.
