Prawn and Pork Dumplings with Aromatic Dipping Sauce
Master the art of dumplings with our delicious recipe!
- Mix all the dumpling filling ingredients together in a bowl.
- Divide the filling between the wonton wrappers. Gather up the sides of each wrapper and mould around the filling into a ball shape, leaving the centre exposed.
- Place on a steamer tray lined with greaseproof. Cook for around 8 minutes or until cooked.
- Mix the dipping sauce ingredients together.
- Place the dumplings and dipping sauce on and in suitable dishes and serve.
