Prawn and Pork Dumplings with Aromatic Dipping Sauce

Indredients

375g pork mince

375g raw tiger prawns, chopped

30g spring onion, finely sliced

37g Peanut Free Satay Style Seasoning

45ml light soy sauce

45ml shaoxing rice wine

15ml sesame oil

6g cornflour

30 wonton wrappers

Dipping sauce

45ml chilli sauce

90ml light soy sauce

5g Essential Cuisine Aromatic Base

Method

  1. Mix all the dumpling filling ingredients together in a bowl.

  2. Divide the filling between the wonton wrappers. Gather up the sides of each wrapper and mould around the filling into a ball shape, leaving the centre exposed.

  3. Place on a steamer tray lined with greaseproof. Cook for around 8 minutes or until cooked.
  4. Mix the dipping sauce ingredients together.

  5. Place the dumplings and dipping sauce on and in suitable dishes and serve.
