SPICY MEXICAN MOLE SAUCE

A hot and spicy sauce with the richness of dark chocolate. Perfect to serve over enchiladas!

Method

1. Place all of the ingredients into a medium sized pan.
2. Bring the Mexican Mole mixture to the boil, then simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Your hot & spicy Mexican sauce is ready. Use to serve over enchiladas or simply use as a dipping sauce!
