Veggie Satay Miso Ramen
The perfect veggie menu option, using our protein alternative 'NextEra', egg, pak choi & noodles served in a peanut-free, satay & miso soup.
800g NextEra E Pulled
5 eggs. soft boiled then halved
5 heads of pak choi, trimmed
1 bunch spring onions, finely sliced
1kg cooked rice noodles
40g Essential Cuisine Miso Base
Kibbled onions & sliced chillies to garnish
1. Place the Street Food Chef Peanut Free Satay Style Seasoning on the NextEra E pulled, making sure that it is all coated. Leave for 30 minutes to marinate then warm through in a hot oven for 3-5 minutes.
2. Bring the water to the boil with the Essential Cuisine Miso Base.
3. Divide the noodles, vegetables & eggs between 10 serving bowls.
4. Pour over the broth & garnish with the kibbled onions & chillies.
